Pencils for the Grimwood cover
Who knew I'd made a copy of the pencils before I started painting this all those years ago? I didn't, until I found this halftone stat the other day.

Friends have teased me about that Omicron cover for years. It was a benefit piece and had to be drawn very quickly. I'm not certain, but I think someone else colored it.
ReplyDeleteIt has quite a bit of violet in it and I sure colored a lot of things that way in the '80's.
