A random collection of material from comic artist Kevin Nowlan. Started with the best of intentions, but like most other efforts, doomed to perish from neglect as soon as the novelty wears off.
Thanks for posting these!

You're welcome. And thanks for the reminder, Eddy.
ReplyDeleteThat cape is beautiful. Thanks for sharing.
ReplyDeleteWow. Love the cape!
ReplyDeleteKind of vampire-like. No more Batgirl next door. :-)
ReplyDeleteGood Lord in heaven that is amazing. I love, LOVE, the look and feel of the cape. Looks like true fabric. I think Al Williamson would be proud.
ReplyDeleteThanks for sharing.
thats rather good !
ReplyDeleteOH. MY. GOD. That is so beautiful, Kevin. The finished piece pops!
ReplyDelete...Simply awesome! Is it possible to ask you a commission?
ReplyDeleteThanx!
Nicola
Thanks to all of you for the kind remarks.
ReplyDeleteAnd I'm sorry, Nicola... but I'm not taking on any new commissions now.
Glad you're keeping busy, Kevin. This is a great piece! Have a great new year!
ReplyDeleteYeah, that's a beaut, Kevin! I really like Barb's smile. It has a nice Lynda Carter kind of warmth! The rendering on this figure is unbelievably superb!
ReplyDeleteWoow i want to draw like you. how do you get the last pic? what is the software that the desifner use?
ReplyDeleteNo software involved. It's ink and paint on gray board, not digital.
ReplyDeleteBut..but, Kevin...that would involve...skill. technique, talent...dare, I say it.. artistry? Surely, we're beyond all that at this point? Seriously, this is fantastic Kevin. Your skill with gouache is amazing. It's not an easy medium and you make sing. *slinks off bowing*...
