Superman Unchained #4 variant cover art

I think this book is on the stands now so it should be safe for me to post it here. DC asked for the 1938 version of Superman on this one. That's why the boots and chest emblem look so strange.

The best thing I've drawn this week...

I was sure that I'd end up doing a lot of redrawing, and probably end up looking for photo reference (or a prop baby) but this sequence came together very easily, just working from memory. It even made me smile a little after I finished the third drawing.
