Lots of crosshatching on this one. Dave Stewart's coloring really added a layer of creepiness.

Fantastic piece! Much more fleshed out than the usual Mignola work and your inks took it over that top. Love it!

ReplyDeleteThese crosshatch tones you produce are so fascinating. Brush? Are the lines quick, or are they slow and deliberate?
ReplyDeleteThose are mostly pen. Some of the heavy lines might be brush. I ink them fairly fast, so the lines don't waver.
