My copy of the magazine is stashed away somewhere but I think the text made reference to him being a mad scientist who wasn't very happy.

Mad Magazine: Dr. Umbrage, 2006
I had a terrific sable brush working for me that week so I was able to do some fine feathering on his bald head and arm hair. Unfortunately, the arm hair made the tattoos hard to read so I had to remove it all digitally.
